On January 3, 2010, the City Officers' School and Thuan Viet Construction Company held a ground-breaking ceremony of a new construction package for City School of Staff at Chu Van An Street, Ward 12, Binh Thanh District. On an area of ​​nearly 71,800m² of land, the City School of Personnel has a construction area of ​​over 21,500m², of which, the classroom and library area have 65 classrooms; 5,000-seat lecture hall; 1,000-seat hall; 9-storey dormitory, consisting of 287 rooms for 950 students in boarding (including 200 seats for foreign students); sport facilities including 500-seat gymnasiums, swimming pools and outdoor sports fields.
