2025 INTERNSHIP STUDENT FAREWELL PARTY AT VIET AUSTRALIA AUDITING

 Comma – A Journey Within the Journey

On April 5, 2025, Viet Australia Auditing Company (VAAL) organized the 2025 Internship Student Farewell Party.

109 days – 2,616 hours may seem like just a number. But for each intern at VAAL, it marked a heartfelt journey — a meaningful milestone on the path toward a career in Accounting and Auditing.

From those very first, hesitant steps, to reviewing files for the first time, working alongside senior auditors, and even staying up late to meet peak season deadlines — all of these became unforgettable experiences. Viet Au was not only the first workplace for many, but also the very first "home" that accompanied and inspired future auditors on their professional path.

The event, themed “COMMA”, represented a pause — a brief moment to look back, reflect, and gather motivation and strength for the road ahead.

The comma symbolizes connection. It is where the past meets the future — a chance for each student to pause, express gratitude for the journey so far, and be ready to write a new PAGE, a new chapter bearing the names:

• P – Power: The strength gained from knowledge and experience

• P – Potential: The inner abilities of every individual

• P – Performance: The fruits of continuous effort

• P – Positive: A forward-looking, optimistic mindset

With the slogan “Comma – The Journey of a Trip”, this gathering was a chance for interns to: show appreciation to mentors and colleagues at the company; revisit a path filled with cherished memories; and most importantly, gain fresh inspiration and confidence to embark on the next phase of their careers

During the event, the interns joined hands with the Board of Directors and department representatives to don traditional Vietnamese attire and perform the act “Vietnamese Spirit”. The performance conveyed the message of the modern Vietnamese youth — to integrate without losing identity, to uphold cultural values, and to nurture patriotism and national pride. The radiant smiles and confident presence of each student made for a truly unforgettable highlight of the gathering.

Mr. Pham Quoc Hai – Chairman and General Director of the company – also shared heartfelt thoughts and valuable advice for the students’ journey ahead: “In a time of global and economic uncertainty, challenges are inevitable for young people just entering the workforce. However, these are also opportunities for those who constantly learn, adapt to technology in their work, and apply what they have learned from school. I firmly believe you will go far, grow stronger, and make meaningful contributions to the field of Accounting – Auditing in particular, and to the financial sector in general.”
