The project consists of 06 blocks (05 apartment blocks A1, A2, A3, A4, A5 in which blocks A2 and A3 are connected to a kindergarten block with 2 floors and one commercial service block A6 linked to each other by a tunnel).

The project is located right on Nguyen Luong Bang street, about 1 km from Phu My Hung Ward, adjacent to the Phu Xuan river and surrounded by 3 large rivers: Rach Doi, Nha Be and Rach Ong Doi.
