Viet Australia Auditing Year End Party 2023: Enjoy Spring Festival
The Year End Party 2023 of Viet Australia Auditing Company (VAAL) recreated the atmosphere of a spring flower festival with familiar folk games from the Tet holiday. Amid the environment brimming with springtime hues, every VAAL member in their cherished ao dai and sophisticated shirts emerged as a spectacular focal point.
Welcoming all members of VAAL was a scene that recreated a vibrant spring flower festival, adorned with sunflowers, red lanterns, and cool green rice branches. There are lots of fascinating traditional games in this area, which is located behind the entrance gate that is a bamboo-thatched roof. As soon as the check-in process was over, everyone took turns engaging in games such as horse racing chess, hitting the hanging clay pots, and fortune telling.
Each game was meticulously prepared by the Event team, with plenty of unexpected and creatively unique prizes. The hitting the hanging clay pots game resounded with cheers, interspersed with bursts of applause as the pots shattered, or the sounds of regretful sighs for missed throws... all creating an atmosphere filled with laughter. The horse racing chess area was filled with intense competition, with moments of "sending back to the starting point" or joyous laughter when "reaching the finish line". The host also promptly awarded cash prizes to outstanding horse racers. The fortune-telling table with its "divination" cards attracted many visitors seeking insights into destiny and love.
The VAAL team also captured joyful group photos. Each department, from individual teams to the entire company, recorded moments of gathering together.
After the lively check-in session, everyone come into the banquet hall to begin the main part of the event: the year-end party with the participation of over 80 members, including the team of VAAL and guests from our branches and partners.
Opening the program was the song "Buc Hoa Dong Que" with illustrations from the company's staff and members of the Board of Directors, warmly received by everyone. This was also the first time the company's Board of Directors participated in a spontaneous yet harmonious performance together.
Champagne was served right after the heartfelt speech by Mr. Pham Quoc Hai - the CEO of VAAL. This is the joy of having the full presence of all company members and the pride in Viet Australia's welcoming back of former collaborators echoed throughout.
The highlight of the main event was the "Tao Quan" segment, rich with Viet Australia's flavor. The "Tao" members took turns reporting to the Jade Emperor the events throughout the year at Viet Australia, interspersed with trending comedic segments that filled the room with laughter.
We also didn't forget to bring surprises with unexpected gifts for all members. A lucky draw program brought very interesting prizes for everyone
The Year End Party program concluded with many unforgettable emotions. Looking back together on the past year, looking forward to the upcoming new year, whatever may happen, together, Viet Australia moves forward in the same direction.
