- Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP will expire on 31/12/2022 and if there is no extension sent by Express, In the beginning, when returning to the 10% tax rate, accountants will encounter small encroachments.
- On December 22, 2022, The General Department of Taxation has issued Notice No. 620/TB-TCT on the application of regulations on VAT rates on e-invoices as prescribed in Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP and proposes organizations providing e-invoice services to research, upgrade e-invoice solutions in accordance with regulations on value-added tax rates for goods, services as prescribed in Decree No. 15/2022/ND-CP.

- According to this notice, the General Department of Taxation also proposed organizations providing e-invoice services to notify the changes to customers of the Organization to implement in accordance with regulations.
Here are some things to keep in mind for accountants as we head into the new year:
1. Update tax rates on e-invoicing software, accounting software
2. Inform customers about tax increases that may affect the selling pric
3. Complete the discount and discount dossier because in 2023 the tax rate will change
4. Transactions and services that receive money in advance need to be aware of tax rates for different periods
5. Revenue from goods and services performed in 2022 but not yet invoiced
6. The operations of issuing wrong invoices, adjusting invoices made in the wrong period…
