Audit Vietnam Australia Joins the 'Chief Accountant for a Day' Competition Hosted by the Banking and Finance Department of Hoa Sen University.

Continuing the success of the first edition in 2022, the Banking and Finance Department of Hoa Sen University organizes a competition for students nationwide to experience the role of Chief Accountant for a Day.

Details of the competition are summarized as follows:

I/ Scope, Eligibility, and Language:

Scope: Nationwide

Eligibility: High school and university/college students

Field of study: All disciplines

Language: English

Excluded participants: Graduated students, master's and doctoral candidates

II/ Characteristics and Exam Schedule:

The competition consists of three rounds, from April 8, 2023, to April 25, 2023.

ROUND 1

Exam Date: April 8, 2023

Exam Format: Online multiple-choice

Theme: Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation

Participants: Individuals

ROUND 2

Exam Date: April 14, 2023

Exam Format: Report writing, Case Study problem-solving

Theme: Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation

Participants: Groups of 3 to 5 students

GRAND FINAL

Exam Date: April 23, 2022

Exam Format: Group presentation before the Council

Theme: Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation

Participants: Groups of 3 to 5 students, selected from the results of Rounds 1 and 2

Number of groups: Five groups with the highest scores

III/ Prize Structure:

First Prize: 1 prize, valued at 10,000,000 VND

Second Prize: 1 prize, valued at 5,000,000 VND

Third Prize: 1 prize, valued at 3,000,000 VND

Encouragement Prize: 2 prizes, each valued at 1,000,000 VND

Additionally, the groups will receive certificates of participation, serving as evidence for the Hoa Sen Scholarship application and as a plus point for future job applications.
