Circular 123/2021/TT-BQP guiding the determination of cost estimates and cost management in the estimation of mine clearance costs

- This Circular applies to units, organizations and individuals involved in the making of estimates and settlement for the clearance of mines and explosives using state budget or state off-budget (Clause 1, Article 2); 

- The norms for demining mines and explosives estimate including the cost of materials, labor and machinery to complete one construction volume unit specified in Appendix I issued together with Circular 123/2021/TT-BQP are served as a basis for making estimates and settlement for mine clearance works. (Article 3); 

- The control of costs in the estimate of mine clearance, including direct costs, overhead costs, taxes and other costs specified in Appendix II issued together with Circular 123/2021/TT- Defense Department, is served as a basis for making estimates and settlement for mine clearance works. (Article 4);

Circular 123/2021/TT-BQP takes effect from November 5, 2021 and supersedes Circular 155/2013/TT-BQP and Decision 117/2007/QD-BQP dated July 30, 2007.
