Circular 14/2021/TT-BXD on determining construction maintenance costs

The Minister of Construction issued Circular 14/2021/TT-BXD dated September 8, 2021 guiding the determination of construction maintenance costs. Circular 14/2021 guiding the determination of construction maintenance costs specified in Article 35 of Decree 06/2021/ND-CP.

 

Accordingly, construction maintenance costs are determined by cost estimates. The cost estimate for maintenance works includes: 

- Cost of annual maintenance works; 

- Repair costs; 

- Cost of consulting services for the maintenance of works; 

- Other costs; 

- Maintenance managing expense corresponding to the responsibility of the owner or manager or user of the works. 

The appraisal, approval and adjustment of construction maintenance costs comply with the provisions of Clauses 4 and 5, Article 35 of Decree 06/2021.

Circular 14/2021/TT-BXD takes effect from November 1, 2021 and supersedes Circular 03/2017/TT-BXD.
