CIRCULAR 05/2023/TT-BCT Issues A Package Of Standard Price Specialized For The Budgeting For Testing Electrical Lines And Substations

The Ministry of Industry and Trade Issues Circular 05/2023/TT-BCT dated 16/03/2023 promulgating a package of standard price specialized for the budgeting for testing electrical lines and substations.

- Main contents:

+ Chapter I: Testing Generators, Electric Motors, and Transformers

+ Chapter II: Testing Electric Tools and Electrical Equipment

+ Chapter III: Testing Lightning Arresters and Grounding

+ Chapter IV: Testing Protective Relays and Electric Automation

+ Chapter V: Testing Electrical Measuring Equipment

+ Chapter VI: Testing Thermal Measuring Equipment

+ Chapter VII: Testing control circuits, measurement, protective relays, circuit breakers, and signal circuits

+ Chapter VIII: Testing Chemical Test Samples

- Subjects of application:

Organizations and individuals involved in the determination and management of costs of construction investment projects according to the provisions of Decree No. 10/2021/ND-CP dated February 9, 2021 of the Government on the management of construction investment costs is responsible for the implementation of this Circular.

Circular 05/2023/TT-BCT dated March 16, 2023 takes effect from May 8, 2023.
