The reduction of land rent in 2021 for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic

The Prime Minister promulgated Decision 27/2021/QD-TTg dated September 25, 2021 on the reduction of land rent in 2021 for those affected by the Covid-19 pandemic. 

The beneficiaries are Organizations, entities, enterprises, households and individuals that are directly leasing land from the State under a decision or contract of annual land rental payment. 
Rate of reduction:
 - 30% reduction of payable land rent in 2021, not applicable to the outstanding land rent of the years before 2021 and late payment interest (if any). 
- In case the tenant is receiving a specified reduction, the reduction of 30% of the land rent shall be calculated on the payable land rent after the reduction has been made.
 Decision 27/2021/QD-TTg takes effect from the date of signing and promulgation.
