Viet Australia Auditing Continues to Support the Chief Accountant For A Day 2026 Competition Hosted by Hoa Sen University

On July 5, 2026, the Final Round of the Chief Accountant For A Day 2026 competition was successfully held at Hoa Sen University (HSU), bringing together nearly 300 students from 26 universities across Vietnam after an exciting and highly competitive journey.

The competition provides students with valuable opportunities to experience real-world accounting, auditing, and finance challenges while preparing for an industry that is being rapidly transformed by digitalization and Artificial Intelligence (AI).

Supporting Students on Their Professional Journey

Over the past five seasons, Chief Accountant For A Day has established itself as one of Vietnam's leading academic competitions for students majoring in Accounting, Auditing, and Taxation. More than a test of technical knowledge, the competition helps participants develop critical thinking, teamwork, English presentation and communication skills, and the ability to solve practical business cases.

This year's competition focused on the application of AI in financial and accounting management, challenging contestants to combine professional knowledge, analytical thinking, and technology-driven solutions to address real business scenarios.

After three qualifying rounds, the top 21 contestants were divided into five inter-university teams for the Final Round. Within just 40 minutes, each team was required to analyze a business case, develop a solution, and present and defend their recommendations before the judging panel entirely in English.
