Decision No. 28/2021/QD-TTg guiding procedures for employees to receive unemployment insurance according to Resolution 116

The procedures are as follows:

-The social insurance agency prepares the list of employees participating in unemployment insurance (Form No. 01) and sends it to the employer. 
By the end of 20 October 2021, the social insurance agency must complete sending the list to all employers and publicize the list of employees eligible for support on the website of the provincial social insurance agency.

 - Within 05 working days from the date of receiving the list, the employer shall publicize the list  for the employees to know, compare and supplement information (if any); Then, the employer prepares and sends the list, including employees voluntarily not receiving the support, with correct and sufficient information (Form No. 02) to the social insurance agency.

 - In case there is information that needs to be adjusted, the employer shall make the Form No. 03, enclosed with a document proving the adjusted information, to the social insurance agency by the end of 10 November 2021.

- Within 10 working days from the date of receiving the correct and complete list and within 20 days from the date of receiving the list with adjusted information, the social insurance agency shall pay the allowance. The payment through employees' bank accounts is encouraged. In case of non-payment of support, the social insurance agency shall notify in writing and clearly state the reason.

 Decision 28/2021/QD-TTg takes effect from 01 October 2021.
