SIGNING CEREMONY FOR DATA COOPERATION AND TRANSFER BETWEEN VIET AUSTRALIA AND MOODY’S

As part of the “Transfer Pricing” training program held on October 24 and 26, 2025, at Ibis Saigon South Hotel, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Australia Auditing Limited (VAAL) officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Jane & Lucy Consulting for the provision and utilization of Moody’s database — one of the world’s most reputable financial and credit information systems.

The collaboration with Jane & Lucy Consulting in accessing and leveraging Moody’s data marks a strategic milestone in VAAL’s development journey. It enables the company to integrate international standards into its professional practice in Vietnam. Representatives from both sides expressed their confidence that the combination of VAAL’s professional expertise and Moody’s global data resources will provide more comprehensive and in-depth consulting solutions for enterprises with related-party transactions, while also opening new opportunities for cooperation in international valuation, analysis, and audit services.

In parallel with the signing ceremony, VAAL conducted an internal training session on “Transfer Pricing,” led by Ms. Tran Ngoc Mai – Lawyer, Auditor, Certified Valuer, and Tax Consultant. The training equipped VAAL’s team with a solid understanding of the concepts, regulations, and methodologies for determining related-party transaction prices, identifying tax risks, and preparing transfer pricing documentation in compliance with current regulations. It was also an opportunity for team members to experience the practical application of Moody’s data in consulting activities, thereby enhancing the company’s service quality and professional competency.
