Television Theater and Cinema Complex – Vinh Long Radio and Television Station

On April 27, 2017, Vinh Long Radio and Television Station held the groundbreaking ceremony for its Television Theater and Cinema Complex—a major cultural project commemorating several important provincial milestones, including the 25th anniversary of Vinh Long’s re-establishment, the 285th anniversary of Long Ho Dinh’s founding, and the 42nd anniversary of Southern Liberation.

The project is located within the station’s premises in Ward 4, Vinh Long City, on a 18,102.5 m² site, with a total construction floor area of 8,760 m². The 3-story building includes:

• A 600-seat television theater

• Three 200-seat cinema halls

• Three interactive TV studios,

• Along with various supporting facilities.

With a total investment of nearly VND 200 billion from the station’s career development fund, the project was scheduled for completion in 2019. It aims to enhance the cultural and spiritual life of local residents and support the development of media and entertainment infrastructure in Vinh Long Province.
