Project: Vinh Loc Convention Center & Restaurant (Package No. 17)

Construction of the Vinh Loc Convention Center and Restaurant, under Package No. 17, commenced in late 2023. The project is invested by Vinh Loc – Ben Thanh Service Joint Stock Company, with a joint venture between Hai Dang Thai Binh Co. and Minh Lam Co. serving as the main contractors.

• Location: Lot II.11, Street No. 5, Vinh Loc Industrial Park, Binh Hung Hoa B Ward, Binh Tan District, Ho Chi Minh City

• Scale: The complex includes a restaurant area, a convention center, and a 3-story parking facility

• Total area: 5,964 m²

• Estimated completion: 2024
